May 20, 2018 – Rally to Save the End-of-Life Option Act – Following the Hemlock Society of San Diego General Meetilng
“Rally” held after our May 20th general meeting. Debbie Ziegler, mother of Brittany Maynard, spoke, urging us to remain strong, calm and purposeful in the face of the End of Life Option Act possibly being invalidated. Family members/friends of patients who have taken advantage of the End of Life Option Act spoke of the peaceful deaths their friends/family member experienced taking advantage of the laws.
