Event Details
Saturday, February 14th our guest speaker, Kathryn Tucker, JD, will talk about the benefits of psychedelic medications for relieving anxiety and existential distress at the end of life. Kathryn will discuss the ongoing effort to allow people facing death to seek relief from psychological suffering and die gently through psychedelic therapy. She challenges us to rethink one of life’s most universal experiences: dying.
Join us at The Vi at La Jolla Village in their beautiful top-floor restaurant, Twenty-One. Desserts and beverages, generously donated by the Vi, will be served from 12:00 to 12:30pm. Kathryn Tucker will speak from 12:45pm to 1:15pm and will take questions from attendees until 1:45pm. Valet parking is free for the first 25 vehicles. Vi at La Jolla Village Retirement Community: 8515 Costa Verde Blvd., San Diego, CA 92122.
